2023 Opening Hours and How to Contact

Happy New Year everyone! I'm so excited to bring you another year of kits, classes, subscription boxes and retreats and I want to be able to serve you all in the best way I can.

Previously "opening hours" and contact arrangements have been pretty informal and that - whilst helpful in some ways - actually isn't the best way for me to manage your expectations of great service, so in order to be clear and open as of 1st January I'm putting opening hours in place.

Generally speaking we are "open" Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. These are UK times. However, I recognise that many of you are outside the UK. I will continue to answer where I can outside of these hours but I can't always guarantee it. I don't want people hanging around for answers that might not come quickly.

With regard to contact arrangements I am asking that all business related queries go through either FB messenger through my business page Cal Summers Workshops or via the website https://www.calsummers.co.uk/contact. I'm also very happy to receive questions via email at shop@calsummers.co.uk- please note I am unable to answer any business related queries via my personal messenger - I've been having problems with it for a while and messages sent that way do tend to get lost. I just want to keep everything in one place - ie within the business - and this means better service for you because things are less likely to be missed and I can keep a better track on them.

I hope that putting these things in place I'll be less likely to miss things and you can be clear when to expect an answer from me. I will obviously let you know about holiday related closures as we go.
