We aim to get your parcels out within 3 to 5 working days but in reality it is much quicker. International parcels may take longer, especially since the start of 2021 with the additional paperwork required due to Brexit.
We use Royal Mail for smaller domestic and international parcels and DPD for larger domestic parcels.
For international shipping we use Transglobal Express brokers.
International shipping is charged at cost so you may find we either refund you the difference or have to ask for a further contribution dependant on the weight of your parcel. We will keep you informed as to shipping costs and you can decide to cancel your order and be refunded in full should you choose not to accept the rate.
Any queries at all please do not hesitate to contact us.
