SHIPPING POLICY

Changes from 8 June 2022

We aim to get your parcels out within 3 to 5 working days but in reality it is much quicker. International parcels may take longer, especially since the start of 2021 with the additional paperwork required due to Brexit. Please be aware however that in reality we are a one man band and sometimes things take a little longer than we hope.

We use Royal Mail for domestic (up to 20kg parcels) and international parcels (up to 2kg) . Posting is normally done on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

Current charges for second class with Royal Mail is £3.99 for parcels up to 2kg. Between 2 and 5kg postage is £7.50. 5 - 20kg is £10.99. If your parcel comes in at over 2kg but under 20kg  we will unfortunately have to ask you to top up your postage to the given rate if not already chosen.  If you are buying a class kit and add other items to it, it might be that extra postage is payable. Please note there is another option of a "flat" parcel at £2.00. If you are buying 12x12 papers or anything wider than a stamp set this will NOT apply and if chosen as shipping method extra may be payable. If you are in any doubt please dont hesitate to ask - always happy to help and give an estimate.

Please note that parcels with multiple shipping dates (as advised in store in descriptions) will be sent in one go when all items are ready.

For international shipping we use Transglobal Express brokers.

International shipping is charged at cost so you may find we either refund you the difference or have to ask for a further contribution dependant on the weight of your parcel. We will keep you informed as to shipping costs and you can decide to cancel your order and be refunded in full should you choose not to accept the rate.

Any queries at all please do not hesitate to contact us.
